- 1/4 cup Buckwheat
- 1/4 Avocado
- 2 Poached eggs
- 4 Tbsp raw sour kraut
- 2 Tbsp Tamari sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame seed oil
- Microgreens or any greens
- 2 Tbsp Cilantro
- Cook buckwheat – 1 part of buckwheat with 2 parts of water (1 cup of buckwheat with 2 cups of water = 4 servings) Boil the water, add buckwheat, simmer till water evaporates and a pinch of salt to the water)
- Poach 2 eggs. In the egg cooker ( I personally use- super easy and quick) or in the boiling water.
- Dice avocado, greens, and cilantro
- In the bowl or a Mason Jar layerbuck wheat, sour kraut, greens, eggs, cilantro, tamari + sesame seed oil
Vola….!!! The perfectly balanced meal is ready.
