- 2 cups Spinach
- 1/2 Grapefruit
- a hand full of berries- Rasberry, Blueberry
- 1/4 cup Sliced Almonds
- 2 Tbl sp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Orange
- 1/2 Lemon
- pinch Salt
- pinch Black Pepper
- 1/2 Avocado
- Pill grapefruit and extract the hearts
- Cut avocado into cubes
- Roast almonds in the skillet until fragrant and a little dark
- DRESSING: blend~squizzed fresh orange juice ~sqiuizzed lemon juice ~olive oil ~salt ~pepper
- Lay spinach on the serving plate, add avocado, berries, grapefruit hearts, pour dressing on top, add almonds.
