  • 2 cups Greens
  • 1/2 Apple
  • 1/4 cup Pecans
  • 1/2 cup Raspberry
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  1. Toast pecans in the skillet until fragrant and brown
  2. Spiralize an apple
  3. DRESSING: combine olive oil, dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, honey in the bowl. Mix well until blended.
