  • 1,5 cup Brussels Sprouts
  • 5 Shrimp
  • 1 Lime
  • Red Chilly Pepper Flakes
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Tbl sp Coconut Oil
  • Paprika
  1. Marinate the Shrimp in 1 Tbsp coconut oil, 1/2 lime juice. Set aside
  2. Dice brussels sprouts
  3. Dice garlic
  4. Heat the skillet on high. Add 1 Tbsp of coconut oil and saute 1 diced garlic clove until golden color and fragrant
  5. Add Brussels sprouts. Lower the heat to low. Cover with the lid. Steer occasionally. Simmer for 5 min.
  6. Heat another skillet on high. Add 1 Tbsp of coconut oil. Add garlic and shrimp. Add Paprika to taste. Saute 2-3 min.
  7. Place Brussels sprouts on the serving plate
  8. Place the shrimp on top.
  9. Squiz 1/2 of lime
