- 1,5 cup Brussels Sprouts
- 5 Shrimp
- 1 Lime
- Red Chilly Pepper Flakes
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Tbl sp Coconut Oil
- Paprika
- Marinate the Shrimp in 1 Tbsp coconut oil, 1/2 lime juice. Set aside
- Dice brussels sprouts
- Dice garlic
- Heat the skillet on high. Add 1 Tbsp of coconut oil and saute 1 diced garlic clove until golden color and fragrant
- Add Brussels sprouts. Lower the heat to low. Cover with the lid. Steer occasionally. Simmer for 5 min.
- Heat another skillet on high. Add 1 Tbsp of coconut oil. Add garlic and shrimp. Add Paprika to taste. Saute 2-3 min.
- Place Brussels sprouts on the serving plate
- Place the shrimp on top.
- Squiz 1/2 of lime
