- 5 scallops
- 1 pack Tofu Noodles
- 1/3 cup Mustard Greens
- Parsley garnish
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/2 Lemon
- Garlic Salt
- Preheat the skillet on high. Add 1 Tbsp of coconut oil. Place scallops in the skillet. Add a pinch of garlic salt. Saute the scallops 3 min on each side until golden color. Â Squiz lemon juice on top once scallops are done
- Heat up tofu noodles for 1 min on the skillet with 1 Tbsp of coconut oil
- Layer tofu noodles, greens, scallops, parsley garnish on the serving plate
