- 3 Zucchinis
- 1 Ripened Avocado
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Cup of Fresh Cilantro
- ½ of a Small Jalapeno
- 2 Fresh Squeezed Limes
- Salt and Pepper
- Noodles: Spiralize the zucchinis or shave them into linguini size strips.
- Sauce: Add avocado, garlic, cilantro, jalapeno, limes, salt, and pepper into a blender, add a bit of water if you want more diluted. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Mix sauce and noodles in a bowl and garnish with cilantro.
